A yoni egg is a semi-precious stone intended to be placed inside the vagina for the purpose to strengthening & awakening the vagina & pelvic muscles. All yoni eggs by WAANDS™ are drilled, which means you can thread string through the egg for the purpose of easily removing it as well as applying resistance on the egg while it is inside the vagina. We ship discretely! Nothing on the outside of the parcel has our branding or indicates that sexual or pleasure-related contents are inside.
All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of order placement. Upon being shipped, customers receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping timeline estimations provided at checkout (when selecting your desired shipping option) are approximate and are from the time of order shipment, NOT the time of order placement.
We do not take responsibility for instances in which the customer does not receive an order due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout. In this case, the customer can re-submit a new order. If the parcel is recovered (i.e. parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, we file an investigation with the shipping carrier. If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered and you have NOT received it, please contact us.
If an order is returned to us (i.e. non-delivery due to customer failure to pay customs charges to the respective company), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
We are not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed upon international customers. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay customs fees to receive the parcel into their country. These charges are unpredictable and are not covered by the Sofia Sundari shop.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival. In this case, customers should contact usimmediately and must be able to provide photo evidence of the damaged product. We will then provide an immediate replacement at no extra charge.
